CUSTOMER BILL OF RIGHTS

Customer Bill of Rights

Our objective is to develop and deliver quality in everything we do. This means that we must deliver on-time services that exceed customer expectations. To surpass these expectations we continue to implement quality systems and processes that constantly aim to improve how we address our customers changing needs.

We promise to sustain the highest quality of customer satisfaction through personal accountability, professional commitment, and employee empowerment at all levels of our organization. We strive to treat all customers we encounter with courteous and prompt service, integrity and respect.

To have my precious time respected by the company's customer service department in every situation and to have my issue resolved in a single phone call or visit, by one representative who speaks clearly, is easy to understand and has access to my customer records.

To be treated with courtesy and respect as a customer who paid money to the company with the expectation of customer service that cares about my individual needs.

To have adequately trained representatives who know enough to actually solve my problem and who will provide me with an invoice number I can use for a credit if I do not receive great service, as well as the ability to call back or e-mail the same representative should the need arise.

To receive quality customer service - including a pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional representative - OR be compensated for my time and effort.

To rapid access to a live person from a company with sufficient staff so I am not kept waiting on-hold for more than 10 minutes, or I will receive a negotiable credit on my next bill. I also have the right to receive a negotiable credit on my next bill from the company if I am not treated with courtesy and my time is not respected.

Are you looking for a reliable tire dealer in Englewood, Sheridan, Littleton, and Denver? Look no further, DR Auto & Truck Repair will inspect your vehicles tires to check if any maintenance is recommended such as rotating or balancing the tires. DENVER, LITTLETON, ENGLEWOOD, AND SHERIDAN TIRE MAINTENANCE

Your tire maintenance checklist should include:

  • Tire Pressure - Under inflation results in unnecessary tire stress, irregular tire wear, and loss of control; all contributing factors to a possible accident. A car or truck tire can lose up to half of its inflation pressure and not appear to be flat. We recommend you have your air pressure checked at least once a month.
  • Car & Truck Alignment - A bad jolt from hitting a curb or pothole can throw your car or truck's front end out of alignment and damage your tires. You should have your tire's alignment checked periodically. See our Alignments page for detailed information.
  • Tire Rotation - Regularly rotating your car or truck's tires will help you achieve more uniform tire wear thus extending the life of your tire and ensuring safe driving. How often should you rotate your tires? Consult your vehicle's owner's manual for specific recommendations. The general guideline for tire rotation is approximately every 5,000 miles.
  • Tire Tread - Advanced and unusual tire wear can reduce the ability of your tire's tread to grip the road in adverse conditions. Visually check your tires for uneven wear, looking for high and low areas or unusually smooth areas. Also check for signs of tire damage.

Maintenance Tip

All wheel and 4-wheel drive vehicles must use the same tire (manufacturer and tread depth) on all 4 wheels to avoid difficulty shifting in & out of 4-wheel drive and possible transfer case damage.

TIRE REPLACEMENT

Tread Depth - Over time, the tread on tires will wear considerably and could result in very hazardous driving conditions. Tires sold in North America are required to have indicators called "wear bars" (a line that runs across the tread pattern). When the wear bar shows, it indicates that the tread is worn down to 2/32 of an inch and it's time to replace the tire (according to most states' laws, tires are legally worn out when the wear bar is visible). You can also use the old school method of inserting a penny into the tread to check the remaining tire life. If Lincoln's head is visible, tires should be replaced.

Age - In addition to the tread depth, you should consider the age of your tire when it comes to safety. Old tires pose a safety hazard because the rubber compounds in a tire deteriorate with time, regardless of the condition of the tread. If you drive only 6,000 miles a year or have a car that you use only on weekends, aging tires could be an issue. This applies to spare tires as well as "new" tires that have never been used. If you are in need of a tire dealer (car tires and truck tires) in Englewood don't hesitate to call or stop by DR Auto & Truck Repair.
