Customer Bill of Rights

Our objective is to develop and deliver quality in everything we do. This means that we must deliver on-time services that exceed customer expectations. To surpass these expectations we continue to implement quality systems and processes that constantly aim to improve how we address our customers changing needs.

We promise to sustain the highest quality of customer satisfaction through personal accountability, professional commitment, and employee empowerment at all levels of our organization. We strive to treat all customers we encounter with courteous and prompt service, integrity and respect.

To have my precious time respected by the company's customer service department in every situation and to have my issue resolved in a single phone call or visit, by one representative who speaks clearly, is easy to understand and has access to my customer records.

To be treated with courtesy and respect as a customer who paid money to the company with the expectation of customer service that cares about my individual needs.

To have adequately trained representatives who know enough to actually solve my problem and who will provide me with an invoice number I can use for a credit if I do not receive great service, as well as the ability to call back or e-mail the same representative should the need arise.

To receive quality customer service - including a pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional representative - OR be compensated for my time and effort.

To rapid access to a live person from a company with sufficient staff so I am not kept waiting on-hold for more than 10 minutes, or I will receive a negotiable credit on my next bill. I also have the right to receive a negotiable credit on my next bill from the company if I am not treated with courtesy and my time is not respected.

DR Auto & Truck Repair's Denver, Littleton, and Sheridan auto shop is celebrating their 13th year of taking care of our customers and vehicles they drive. We have built our reputation on providing great service with fair pricing.

DEAN BERGH — OWNER

Dean Bergh was born in Denver, Colorado in 1963. At the age of 13 he bought a 1952 Jeep and removed the 4 cylinder engine and installed a V-8 engine in its place. In high school, his emphasis was on auto mechanics, and had the highest aptitude score in school history for his entire tenure. After graduation Dean attended Denver Automotive and Diesel College and received certification in the Master Technicians program.

His first job following college was at Texaco Gas Station. Hired as a Lube Technician and running the Full Service Drive center he was able to work into a full mechanics position. Three years later he moved on to Amoco Service Center where he stayed for the next six years. In 1990 after some serious career analysis Dean decided he wanted more and made a tactical move to Phil Long Ford, where he was hired as a Master Technician 11 years. During that time he managed to rank in the top three in productivity and customer satisfaction among 34 technicians.

In 2001 Dean saw the market change. Additionally, he did not like the direction the dealership was going. After much thought and consideration he made a bold and strategic move and decided to go into business for himself. In his first year he had a business partner but soon realized that their business goals were not the same so they parted ways and for the last six years he has been the sole owner.

In January of 2007 his business had grown and expanded enough to require another move and the business moved to its permanent location at 4100 S. Federal. After a complete interior remodel (view slideshow of remodel) to make it suitable for DR Auto business needs the doors were opened on June 18, 2007, with two alignment racks, and seven lifts, plus extensive and necessary electrical equipment required to handle high volume fleet accounts.
