DR Auto and Truck repair is committed to provide you the customer service and Englewood, Littleton, Sheridan and Denver Auto repair you deserve. With that in mind, we developed the following Customer Bill of Rights:
Our objective is to develop and deliver quality in everything we do. This means that we must deliver on-time services that exceed customer expectations. To surpass these expectations we continue to implement quality systems and processes that constantly aim to improve how we address our customers changing needs.
We promise to sustain the highest quality of customer satisfaction through personal accountability, professional commitment, and employee empowerment at all levels of our organization. We strive to treat all customers we encounter with courteous and prompt service, integrity and respect.
To have my precious time respected by the company's customer service department in every situation and to have my issue resolved in a single phone call or visit, by one representative who speaks clearly, is easy to understand and has access to my customer records.
To be treated with courtesy and respect as a customer who paid money to the company with the expectation of customer service that cares about my individual needs.
To have adequately trained representatives who know enough to actually solve my problem and who will provide me with an invoice number I can use for a credit if I do not receive great service, as well as the ability to call back or e-mail the same representative should the need arise.
To receive quality customer service - including a pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional representative - OR be compensated for my time and effort.
To rapid access to a live person from a company with sufficient staff so I am not kept waiting on-hold for more than 10 minutes, or I will receive a negotiable credit on my next bill. I also have the right to receive a negotiable credit on my next bill from the company if I am not treated with courtesy and my time is not respected.

Great alternative to Courtesy Ford. Had my F-250 worked on by this shop and was happily surprised with the price and friendliness of everyone there. They are also very quick and will be sure to call you with any info on your truck. Feel like they love what they do. Was not even charged for dropping the truck off for an inspection, got it back before they closed. These guys are awesome.
This is the best repair shop I have ever visited the are fast friendly and do a great job of diagnosing and repairing any problem that I have on the 5 cars I drive
